When you join the club, we collect your name and your chosen email address or WhatsApp number. When you enquire about becoming a stockist, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, business type, location and any details you include in your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry. Website hosting may also process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use your waitlist details to register your interest and send the launch updates you request through your chosen channel. Our lawful basis for those updates is your consent, given when you join. We use stockist enquiry details to respond and discuss supplying your business, relying on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract where applicable. We rely on legitimate interests for necessary website security and operation, and legal obligations where records must be kept by law.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent to launch updates at any time by contacting retail@justdoughit.pizza, or using an unsubscribe option where provided. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Stockist enquiries do not subscribe you to launch marketing. Providing information is voluntary, but we need the required form details to register your interest or respond to an enquiry.
Who receives your information
Information is available to our authorised team and service providers that host and store the website and its submissions, including Lovable Cloud. Email or WhatsApp services may process contact details when we send messages through your chosen channel. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate UK data-protection safeguards are required, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We retain waitlist information only while needed to manage your interest and requested launch updates, and enquiry information while needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We review whether information is still needed and delete it when it is not, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. We may retain minimal records of consent or an opt-out to respect your choices.
Your rights
